I am really excited to start doing monthly favorites! I have been more so experimenting with beauty products this month - thank you Amazon Prime haha... My skin has been a little crazy, it is so sensitive to the weather changing. Even when I travel, I break out depending on the humidity and climate. This year in Canada the weather has been so hot, heat warnings, air quality warnings and it has also effected my skin. I will share more about that below.

-aveeno sunscreen I use this every morning even in the winter. I also apply it to my neck because sunscreen prevents wrinkles ! Ain't NOO BODY trying to have a wrinkly neck
TIP- use sunscreen daily even in the winter. Use sunscreen on your hands and neck to prevent wrinkles
-mario badescu this product SAVED MY SKIN. I have cystic acne ever since I started using this I have not had a break out for 4 months.
-deciem this cream is not oily, my skin absorbs it ! I apply it at night
-alya skin this pink clay mask leaves your skin smooth,fresh and clean I have written a blog post on this product before.

Summer Nails!
My favorite thing to do is paint my nails. I hate having chipped nails or no nail polish on at all. Here are some of my favorite summer nail polish colours.
I like to add glitters to change up my nails. I get a lot of complements on the gold nail polish glitter I use.
I also included the Nails Inc nail growth nail polish. This has saved my nails after acrylic nails. They grew, got stronger and after using this polish for 2 months I do not have to use it as often as I used to. When I started I used it once or twice a week as a base coat. Now I use it as a base and top coat. I find my nail polish lasts longer if I do so.

This summer has been all about lounge wear, working at home and banana bread. However, I have been dressing up everyday. Summer fashion trends have been: white dresses, polka dots, denim shorts, biker shorts, sun dresses etc...
MY FAVORITE DISTRESSED JEAN SHORTS ! so light weight perfect for a hot day . I paired it with this could shoulder top such a great staple in my closet. This belt helps to tie the look together. Belts just really elevate your look!

I also wore these leopard print slides, it makes the look fun and adds a pop to the outfit. This shoulder bag is my moms but I linked similar ones below. Shoulder bags are a huge fashion trend, they have been in style before in the 90's and have made a come back!

Now that things are starting to open back up pre-covid we can go to the beach. Summer is beach wear. I love to rock a cute swim suit with a fun beach bag. Wicker bags, wicker beach bags are still trending in fashion. I added some amazon fashion, banana republic and other brands to my top beach bags.
As for swim suits and beach wear I included one piece swim suits and bikinis. I love sets that you can mix and match from shein, forever 21 and zaful.

This vest was only $15 from urban planet. It is one of those staple wardrobe pieces you need in your closet. It takes you from day to night. You can wear it on the weekend and to work. Now that offices are starting to open back up this is the perfect office wear!

Theses are my favorite mom jean shorts, the fit is perfect it is true to size, covers my butt. I am tall 5'10'' so finding clothing is hard. Clothing for tall girls !
