solo dates to get you threw winter blues & valentine's day

I LOVE SOLO DATES! I try to do this every once in a while, it is a great form of self-care, and does not need to cost you a lot.

Going on a solo date can be a great way to treat yourself and spend some quality time alone. Here are a few solo date ideas to consider:

1.Take yourself out to a nice meal: Choose a restaurant you've been wanting to try and enjoy a delicious meal on your own. Bring a book or listen to a podcast to keep yourself entertained.

2.Visit a museum or art gallery: Spend a few hours exploring the exhibits and learning something new. Many museums offer audio tours or have apps you can download to enhance your experience.

3.Go for a hike or nature walk: Get some fresh air and exercise while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. Take your time and enjoy the scenery, or challenge yourself with a more strenuous hike.

4.Treat yourself to a spa day: Book a massage, facial, or other pampering treatment and relax in a peaceful setting. Many spas offer packages specifically for solo guests.

5.The movies: Go solo to the movies. Check out that film you have been dying to see. Treat yourself to some snack and just have a chill night.

6.Book store: You can really romanticise a stroll threw the book store! Pick up a book, head to a coffee shop and start reading. Its small moments that you can really romanticise.

7.Stay in and cook: Take the time to cook yourself a nice meal. Cook while having a glass of wine, play some music, dance around, and make yourself a cute table setting. Sometimes a nice meal, with a cute aesthetic and having your favourite film running in the background is all you need!
