This was the first restaurant I ate at in Montreal. My aunt who I went to Montreal with ate here once and loved it. She could not remember where Crescent Street was but knew the restaurant was there. We walked along the way asking people where Crescent Street was. Every time we would ask someone where it was they would say its 10 minutes that way. 10 minutes later we would ask another person they would also say its 10 minutes that way...Eventually we reached Crescent Street.
The street it self is beautiful. There are so many restaurants that have patio's up and down stairs. You could go to one restaurant for drinks, one for appetizers, another for dinner and another for dessert because there are so many amazing restaurants. The vibe that the street has is so energetic. There is a great mix of students, business people etc...
Thursdays is located at 1449 Crescent St, Montreal, Quebec H3G 2B2 . There is 3 different lifestyles on 3 different levels of the establishment, it is a bistro, bar and nightclub. We sat at the top patio, overlooking the street, the weather could not of been more perfect. The view was stunning to one side you see trees at the end of the street to the other more of the city. When you look down you see all types of people interacting and having a great time.
The menu was on the pricey side- it is fine dining but so worth it. You are paying for amazing service, food and a view.
We were served sparkling or still water, fresh bread and cheeses.Me and my aunt both ordered the almond crusted salmon. It was so good, I was disappointed that I was so full for once that I did not have room for dessert, lol.
I highly recommend this spot! Make sure you sit on the upper patio!
